On behalf of the Shiloh Riders MC and WIMZ, I would like to give a BIG thanks to everyone who participated in our Toy Run Sunday. Numbers are not in yet, but looks like more toys and less money than in previous years. The 1st family sign up to request toys is Saturday Nov 6th from 9am-6pm and the 2nd is Wednesday Nov 10th from 5:30 to 7:30 at the Sevier County community center. Recipients will need necessary forms of state assistance and proof of each child (SS card and/or birth certificate).

Gene Odom, who was head of security and survived the crash, will on my show today at 3:45. We will pay tribute to those who died, Gene will tell the story and also talk about Coach Leonard Skinner, the bands namesake, who passed away recently.

Well Friends Little Samuel Anderson has lost his battle with cancer. He passed away early Thrusday morning. If you would like to send anything to his family the address is below. Thank you for making his last few days full of cards and love. Now he is in a place with no pain surrounded by God loves.

Ex-Guns N' Roses manager Alan Niven has listed the major mistakes that he thinks singer Axl Rose has made since taking over the band and parting with all the original members. Niven, who handled the band during its late '80s/early '90s success, told Brave Words, "Axl made two huge mistakes: one was releasing (2008 Guns N' Roses album Chinese Democracy) and the other was working with (recent) manager Irving Azoff.

So I got to do some more drag racing on my Harley this weekend at English Mtn dragstrip during Rally at the Strip. I won my 1st two races and ran a 8.2 second ET in one race, the fastest in the cruiser class, but got beat by a Softtail when I spun a little off the line and ran an 8.7. They first said it was double elimination, but in the middle of the races they changed it to single. When I got beat, I thought I was done, so I stopped at the end of the strip to talk to some friends. When I got back down to the starting line area, I was told they were calling my # to run again. WTF?

Have you seen the story about John Lee Nevans, who allegedly killed the elderly man in his home recently? Well, I KNOW JOHN LEE NEVANS PERSONALLY. He is from my home town of Livingston, Tenn and was an old family friend. His father, Dr. H.B. Nevans and my grandfather started a drugstore in Livingston in 1957. I haven't seen him in over 30 years, but it's kinda eerie that I know someone who committed murder. FREAKY

After this recent comment from lead singer Robert Plant it looks like another Led Zeppelin reunion is later rather than later :)

He said: "I Think We're Probably Thinking About Talking."
