It's sad when I have to get up at 6am to get my son off to football practice. I would also like to say that I will be doing a better job on the blogs. Hope your long weekend was a good one. And here's a quote I heard at a baseball game when the guy's tried to come off the field early " their gonna make yall get three out's this inning".

2nd Annual SHOUT AT AUTISM Benefit Ride & Concert
Autism is growing at an epidemic rate, and as many as 1.6 million Americans today are believed to have some form of autism. My youngest Son Collin was diagnosed with Autism when he was 3 years old. Now he is 9 and life has not or will ever be normal for my son. All over the world no matter what gender religion or race you are Autism is effecting us all.
But this is were We break the barrier and stand together to raisie public a...wareness about Autism, and also raise money for research and for familes that battlle this disease.
The Gift of Motherhood
God has blessed me once again with a beautiful child and I thank him for letting me be her mommy. I now can look at all my children and fully appreciate the gift of motherhood because of the gift of her. Samantha you are my Saving Grace and Gods plan for you was bigger then I ever imagined. He knew I needed you my baby girl to finally get to a place with him where I could be free. Thank you God for your Grace and your Baby Samantha Grace. There are times I look at her and get so wrapped up in the love I feel I cry because I don’t know what else to do. My body and my emotions freak out!

My son is leaving middle school and it reminds me of my youth. The fears and hopes of high school, along with being one step closer to adulthood. I'm tiring to secure Billy Kid to give the commencement speech at the local dog obedience school. Speaking of... Billy's first dog was a kitty "up on the plateau, they don't know any different" named Carl. But like most of his motorbikes, he had to bury the cat after only a couple of weeks of use.

Why do people still try to predict the end of the world? Probably the same reason for counting the licks to the center of a Tootsie pop. Should we not focus ourselves on solving the problems at hand and let these other distractions good by the wayside? The old saying "take the log out of your eye, then you can help take the splinter out of your friend's" should be words to live by.
